The Facility is a specialized property primarily used for the Doomsday Heist. It also serves as a garage for special vehicles and provides access to the Avenger.
Facilities cost $1,250,000 to $2,350,000. Route 68 ($1,450,000) offers the best balance of price and central location. Grand Senora Desert ($1,250,000) is cheapest but far from the city.
The Avenger is a customizable aircraft that serves as a mobile command center. It costs $3,450,000 or $2,300,000 after completing the Doomsday Heist. Features include:
For most players, the Facility is only worth buying if you plan to run the Doomsday Heist. Unlike the Nightclub or Bunker, it doesn't generate passive income. The Avenger's vehicle workshop is its most practical feature for daily use.
